How we protect records
Each school kept apart
Every request is checked in the database itself, so one school’s staff can never see another school’s records.
Roles for every person
Owners decide who is an administrator, bursar, front desk or teacher. Each role sees only what it needs.
Encrypted connections
Everything travels over HTTPS, and the database is encrypted where it is stored.
Careful sign-ins
Parents sign in with a code texted to their phone; learner PINs are stored scrambled and lock after five wrong tries.
Who did what
Payments, scores, corrections and approvals record the name of the person who made them.
We don’t hold fees
Online payments settle to the school’s own account through Paystack. Card details never touch Fusadems.
You stay in control
Download any time
Learners, fees, results and staff can be downloaded to Excel from their pages.
Results when you say
Parents and learners see results only after you share them, and you can hide them again.
Personal data and the law
We handle personal data in line with Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Schools decide what is collected about their learners, parents and staff; we process it on their behalf to run the service, and we don’t sell it or use it for advertising.
